Because our products are made to order, each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed. This helps reduce waste and allows us to offer unique, original designs.

Order Processing

Most orders are processed and produced within 2–5 business days.

Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of unusually high demand.

Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped to the address provided at checkout.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times after production are 3-7 business days.

Please note that this an estimate and does not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the products ordered, shipping destination, and shipping method selected.

Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

FREE Standard Shipping on all APPAREL anywhere in the United States.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, when available.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may arrive in separate packages.

Products may be produced and shipped from different fulfillment locations, which can result in multiple shipments for a single order.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately at Humannetees@gmail.com. While we will do our best to help, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered production.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be re-shipped due to an incorrect address.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Weather events
  • Carrier disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Postal service issues
  • High-volume shipping periods
  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at Humannetees@gmail.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos of any damaged items (if applicable)

We will work with our fulfillment partners to investigate and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
